Požár školy(cvičení)-foto
Prověřovací cvičení složek IZS
Složky integrovaného záchranného systému HZS Královehradeckého kraje ÚO Náchod, jednotky PO obcí územního odboru Náchod, VZS Náchod a Městská policie Česká Skalice
I.
Cíl cvičení :
Prověřit činnost, vybavení a akceschopnost dobrovolných a profesionálních jednotek požární ochrany, zdravotnické záchranné služby, operačního střediska HZS a VZS ÚO Náchod, Městské policie Česká Skalice.
II.
Téma cvičení :
Zdolání požáru plynové kotelny školy v suterénu, práce a orientace v zakouřeném neznámem objektu, odvětrávání, pohyb v DT a evakuace žáku a personálu.
III.
Místo provedení :
Základní škola Česká Skalice ( přístavba) se nachází v lidické ulici. V sousedství je pošta, základní škola 1.stupeň a obydlené budovy. Objekt má jedno podlaží. Hlavní vchod je z kraje budovy. Středem prvního podlaží je chodba a po stranách jsou učebny a kabinety. V suterénu jsou učebny, dílny, sklady a plynová kotelna.
IV.
Námět cvičení :
V plynové kotelně při údržbářských prácích dojde k menšímu úniku plynu a následnému výbuchu se vznikem požáru s následným ohrožením žáku a personálu školy. Dochází k usmrcení údržbáře v kotelně jehož tělo bude nutné co nejdříve vynést. Nebezpečná zóna nezasahuje do zbytku budovy. Zasahuje pouze kotelnu a dojde k silnému zakouření chodeb v suterénu, dále dochází ke vzniku menší paniky a zranění jednoho ze žáků v suterénu. Po evakuaci tříd v suterénu a prvním podlaží zjištěno jedním z učitelů, že jedno z dětí chybí.

Prakticky bez použití vody, odvoz postižených VZS. Řízení dopravy Městskou policií.

Jednotka v rámci prověřovacího cvičení vyjela na požár v ZŠ.Dle pokynu VZ jednotka postupně rozvinula dopravní a útočné vedení 1xC,nasadila 2 průzkumné skupiny na vyhledávání osob.Skupiny našli 2 pohřešované děti.Po skončení cvičení byl proveden rozbor zásahu se zučastněnými jednotkami
